This is the first picture of a nine-year-old girl who died after being kicked by a horse has been named as Bonnie Armitage.
A spokesman for the Miserden Park Estate said Bonnie died after she was kicked in the chest by another horse.
An air ambulance and other emergency services rushed to the scene of the accident in a field outside the picturesque village.
Bonnie attended St Hugh's preparatory school in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, where her father Nick Armitage, 40, is a deputy head and housemaster.
Her mum Polly is a professional renaissance flute player whose father Reverend Canon Andrew Bowden retired in 2008 after serving the Cotswolds for more than 30 years.
The year five pupil, whose full name is Bonamie Elena Miriam, also played the violin and was keen hockey player and cross-country runner at the school where her father also teaches the sports teams.
Bonnie was the younger sister of brother Zach, aged 11, who is also pupil at same school, and elder sister of Mamie, aged four.
Mr Armitage worked in advertising before retraining as a teacher at Cambridge University.

She was airlifted to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital
He taught at Beaudesert School in Minchinhampton, Glos., for eight years before joining St Hugh's in 2014.
The co-educational prep school costs up to £5,960 a term and has 300 pupils.
Speaking from the office of the sprawling estate, which owns many of the houses in the village, the spokesman said: "The Cotswold Hunt were meeting here for the last meet of the season.
"They met in the morning and went off to do whatever.
"She was on a horse at the time. It wasn't the horse that got kicked, it was her.
"All I know is the girl was knocked in the chest by another horse and the air ambulance came.
"There were a lot of people there. The last hunt of the season attracts a lot of people. It would have been 30 or 40 people.
"I don't know if there is going to be a memorial service.
"It's just a tragic accident. It's unfortunate. These things happen with horses.

Thanks to her much-talked about GOOP website, we are well aware that Gwyneth Paltrow isn't afraid to try some crazy (and crazy expensive) things when is comes to her appearance and health.
Now, the 43-year-old actress sat down with about all the New York Times and dished on all the products, services and regimens she follows to stay looking young and feeling healthy—yes, even allowing herself to get stung by bees all over her body.
So without further ado, here are 8 crazy things Gwynnie swears by (you know, if you're trying to look as great as she always does):
1. Use Oil For Everything: From taking off her makeup to keeping a fresh, dewy face, the actress swears by using oil all over her body. "In general, I love serums and face oils and body oils. I'm a real oil kind of girl," she explained. "There's a myth that oil is not good for your skin. I don't believe in that at all."
2. Only Cover Up With Mineral Sunscreen: "I only use mineral sunscreens, never the chemicals one," she revealed. "I don't understand why anyone would put on carcinogens." Who knew SPF could be so bad?
3. Barely Wear Makeup: Paltrow admits her 11-year-old daughter, Apple, is way more into makeup than she is, saying, "I often go out with just mascara and a little cheek. I don't use bronzer. You need technique to use bronzer, highlighter and BB cream, all these things my daughter tells me about." Basically, the blonde beauty says that living in Los Angeles and being outdoors all the time keeps her from packing on makeup.

4. If You Have to Wear Makeup, Don't You Dare Use Anything Toxic: Paltrow sticks to non-toxic products from Juice Beauty (who she is also collaborating with on her own makeup line) and a few other environment-friendly lines. "It's less and less hard to find nontoxic stuff," she explains. "It's kind of amazing how much selection is available."
5. Rock Your Natural Scent: Paltrow has stopped wearing any fragrances because she explains, "it's unregulated and all that."
6. Use Japanese Shampoos: The actress admits that finding non-toxic hair products can be really hard. She sticks to Japanese shampoos for her "dry, damaged, bleached hair."

7. Trust Tracey Anderson: GP says she follows Tracey Anderson's advice for her exercise routine. She also gets down and dirty" in the boxing ring ever once in a while.
8. Hail to the Hippie Services: Paltrow says she's a big fan of all-natural services that give her a little boost. From acupuncture to sound baths to getting stung by bees, she's a "big guinea pig" to try anything

Where were you when the O.J. Simpsonverdict was read?
Over 20 years later, most people can still tell you exactly where they were on October 5, 1995, when a jury found O.J. Simpson not guilty in the 1994 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Half of the nation cheered, half of the nation cried out in protest--including the stars of FX's hit seriesThe People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, which is finally depicting the verdict in Tuesday's finale.
Courtney B. Vance, who is earning praise as defense attorney Johnnie Cochran, was actually with one of the stars of ScandalTony Goldwyn, when the verdict came in...and they had wildly different reactions.
"Tony and I were in his apartment watching the verdict and it came down and I screamed 'Yes!' and he screamed 'No!'" Vance told E! News. "We looked at each other in horror and started talking about where we both were and why we felt that way."
But does Vance still feel the same way about the outcome of the trial now as he did then? "I kind of blocked it out because I was in such shock that he went through the whole process and I was a big fan of his," he admitted, adding that he actually forgot he was with Goldwyn when the verdict came in. "Tony had to remind me that we were actually together!"

Cuba Gooding Jr., who plays Simpson, also told us he "cheered" when the former football star was found not guilty at the end of the trial of the century, adding he felt like "It could've been me" after starring in Boyz in the Hood and the Rodney King verdict. But looking back now, Gooding admitted it's been "an emotional rollercoaster."
Oddly enough, more than one star remembered the infamous Bronco Chase (which was the focus on episode two) more vividly than the verdict. Sarah Paulson was at her friend's house, she remembers, saying, "We were hanging out, watchingThirtysomething or whatever show was popular at the time and it kept getting interrupted by that Bronco and I found it really entertaining."

Norman Reedus Dating Mystery Blonde: Moved On From Diane Kruger Fling
Norman Reedus was spotted with a mystery blonde date in NYC. Norman Reedus’ alter ego Daryl Dixon may be in trouble on the “The Walking Dead” but Norman himself seems to be living the high life. Norman was spotted out in New York City with a gorgeous mystery blonde on his arm this week – does that mean he’s done with his tawdry affair with Diane Kruger?
Diane Kruger starred alongside Norman Reedus in the recent film Sky, and her long-time love Joshua Jackson also had a small part in the flick, but that doesn’t seem to have stopped her from making a move on the sexy shaggy star of the AMC series behind Jackson’s back.
Diane reportedly straddled Norman at a bar while they were boozing, kissing him aggressively which shocked onlookers. Kruger also spent time sitting on Reedus’ lap at the movie premiere and the two were very handsy in photos from the premiere event.
One thing we can say about Norman Reedus is that he likes long-legged babes. The blonde on his arm in New York City strongly resembles the tall Diane Kruger. There have also been persistent rumors that he was hooking up with much younger “The Walking Dead” costar Emily Kinney (Beth, TWD) – another gorgeous blonde.
Norman Reedus was also spotted getting cozy with other TWD co-star Laurie Holden (blonde!) who played the now dead Andrea. When asked about walking a red carpet with her and a kiss they shared, Reedus tweeted, “I’ve kissed all of em. And I mean ALL of EM.”
Whether he meant all of them as in all the ladies he works with on the AMC show or all of them as in “all” of Laurie Holden is unclear. What is clear is that Norman Reedus is a ladies man who’s showing no signs of slowing down.
According to reports, Diane Kruger was able to smooth the waters with Joshua Jackson over the alleged cheating by moving to New York City to be closer to him – but then again that’s where Norman Reedus was just spotted with his new lady, so that puts Kruger in close proximity to her rumored extracurricular lover…
Reedus has had an interesting love life for certain – he shares teenage son Mingus Reedus with model Helena Christensen – and was rumored to have enjoyed a brief relationship with the ever scandalous Courtney Love.
No word yet on the identity of the mystery lady spotted with Norman Reedus in the Big Apple – or whether he’ll survive the Season 6 finale of The Walking Dead airing this Sunday. Perhaps Reedus was consoling himself with the leggy young lady afterhe found out Daryl does die…

Antonio Conte has signed a three-year contract worth £15m to become the new Chelsea manager and will join the club after helming Italy’s Euro 2016 campaign.

Antonio Conte
The Italian had already announced his decision to step down as his national team’s manager after the European Championship and the former Juventus midfielder and manager has been in talks with Chelsea officials for several weeks and has agreed a £5m-a-year contract, which includes a £5m bonus if he wins the Champions League.
“I am very excited about the prospect of working at Chelsea Football Club. I am proud to be the coach of the national team of my country and only a role as attractive as manager of Chelsea could follow that,” said Conte.
“I am looking forward to meeting everyone at the club and the day-to-day challenge of competing in the Premier League. Chelsea and English football are watched wherever you go, the fans are passionate and my ambition is to have more success to follow the victories I enjoyed in Italy.
“I am happy we have made the announcement now so everything is clear and we can end the speculation. I will continue to focus on my job with the Italian national team and will reserve speaking about Chelsea again until after the Euros.”
Chelsea have already given Conte approval to bring his long-term assistants, Angelo Alessio and Massimo Carrera, with him to Stamford Bridge. Steve Holland, the incumbent assistant first-team coach, is expected to remain on the coaching staff but there could also be roles for Paolo Bertelli, Mauro Sandreani and Conte’s brother, Gianluca, at the London club.
Conte, who led Juventus to three successive titles up to 2014, replaced Cesare Prandelli on a two-year deal after Italy’s group-stage exit at the 2014 World Cup. He will take over a Chelsea team who have endured the worst season of Roman Abramovich’s 13-year ownership, with José Mourinho having been sacked in December and Guus Hiddink having hoisted the reigning champions from the fringes of the relegation zone to the middle of the Premier League table.
Conte will meet the Chelsea board on Monday afternoon to discuss potential signings. He has previously asked the club not to sell Juan Cuadrado to Juventus and wants to make the Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan one of his first signings when he takes over the club in the summer.
The 46-year-old has already given the club a list of players he would like to sign but top of the manager’s wishlist is the retention of a player who has not yet been able to make his mark at the club.
Conte will be the fifth Italian to manage Chelsea, following on from Gianluca Vialli, Claudio Ranieri, Carlo Ancelotti and Roberto Di Matteo.
The Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia said: “We are very pleased to have recruited one of the most highly regarded managers in world football and we are equally pleased to do so before the end of the current season. This aids our future planning.
“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Guus Hiddink, who has done a great job since he joined us in December.”
The Chelsea chairman, Bruce Buck, added: “Antonio Conte has a record of consistent success in his career as a manager and as a player. We look forward to welcoming him to Stamford Bridge and are confident he will find all he needs to maintain that high standard of achievement.”

Cameron is keeping tight-lipped about his own family's use of tax havens following allegations about his dad's firm
David Cameron has repeatedly boasted about cracking down on secret offshore tax schemes that funnel vital funds away from hospitals, schools and defence.
But the PM was keeping tight-lipped about his own family’s use of such havens after it was claimed his dad Ian paid no UK duty for 30 years on a firm run from the Bahamas.
When asked if any Cameron cash was hidden in offshore accounts, Downing St replied: “That’s a private matter.”
His father, who died in 2010, was a director of Blairmore Holdings Inc. The investment fund hired a bishop to allegedly help it avoid paying UK tax.
Stockbroker Mr Cameron Snr’s firm was named in the leaked “Panama Papers” of rich and powerful people who use havens to protect their wealth.
RexDavid Cameron greets his father, Ian
David Cameron with his dad in 2010
Furious anti-tax avoidance campaigners and critics last night demanded the PM come clean about his family’s riches.
Labour MP Jess Phillips said: “If he’s not sure then he should find out and rectify it as soon as possible. While tax affairs for ordinary people are a private matter, he is a Prime Minister who has committed to stamping out tax avoidance.”
And Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will today tell supporters in Harlow, Essex: “The publication of the Panama Papers drives home what more and more people feel, that there is one rule for the rich and another for everyone else.
“It is time to get tough on tax havens. Britain has a huge responsibility, many of those tax havens are British overseas territories. As the leaked documents show, tax havens have become honey pots of international corruption, tax avoidance and evasion.
“The Government needs to stop pussyfooting around on tax dodging.”
Blairmore House
Blairmore House, Cameron's ancestral home
HM Revenue and Customs is to probe claims of money laundering and tax avoidance following the leak of 11.5 million files outlining investments set up by Panama law firm Mossack Fonseca.
The papers were first handed to a German newspaper and then passed on to 107 global media outlets. Six peers, three former Tory MPs and political party donors were among 214,000 firms and individuals identified.
Blairmore, named after the Cameron family’s ancestral home in Aberdeenshire, was founded in the early 80s and still exists. It has managed tens of millions of pounds on behalf of wealthy clients.
They allegedly included Isidore Kerman – an adviser to disgraced media tycoon Robert Maxwell. The firm’s complex structure meant it kept up to 50 Caribbean officers each year who signed paperwork and filled roles such as treasurer and secretary. They are said to have included Solomon Humes, a Church of God of Prophecy bishop who was a vice-president. He has since died.
Sir Anthony Bamford

But files are said to show UK-based directors regularly held board meetings.
Former tax inspector and campaigner Richard Brooks said: “The clear intention for Blairmore was to avoid becoming UK tax resident and the test for this ... is the location of management and control.
“This means where the key business decisions are taken.
“The evidence here suggests in this period they weren’t taken outside the UK, in which case it is hard to see how the company was not managed and controlled, and therefore tax resident, in the UK.”
Blairmore were last night unavailable for comment. British companies feature as “intermediaries” more often than almost any other nation in the secret files. The British Virgin Islands was by far the most popular tax haven used.

Critics said the Panama Papers highlighted the role UK-linked tax havens “play in allowing a privileged elite to dodge paying their fair share of tax”.
Robert Palmer of campaign group Global Witness warned offshore firms “can act as getaway cars for terrorists, dictators, money launderers and tax evaders”.
He added: “The time has come to take away the keys, by requiring the publication of information on who owns the firms.”
Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell said: “Mr Cameron has promised to end tax secrecy and crack down on ‘morally wrong’ offshore schemes but has failed
to do so.”

Money saving expert Martin Lewis said people should be paying tax “as part of the legitimate cost of living in a civil society”.

Lionel Messi insists the claims are "false"
Barcelona star Lionel Messi is mentioned in the papers but he insisted the claims are “false”. Tory donor Lord Bamford had a firm in the BVI which he closed before becoming a peer. No10 insisted Mr Cameron was “leading the pack internationally” on tackling tax-dodging.
Jennie Granger of HMRC said: “We have already received information on offshore companies, including in Panama, which is the subject of intensive investigation.”

THE government has denied claims that 14 western Development Partners (DPs) have announced withdrawal of general support to Tanzania as depicted by a local media outlet

A statement issued by the Ministry of Finance and Planning sought to clarify a news story carried on the ‘Makubwa haya news’ of March 31 and other social media, titled “Magufuli’s government hit by more foreign aid cuts.”

According to the statement, western Development Partners (DPs) still support the National Budget through three modalities namely General Budget Support (GBS), Basket Funds (BF) and Direct to Project Fund (DPF).
In the Financial Year 2015/16, a total of 8 development partners pledged to provide GBS; these include African Development Bank (AfDB), Canada, Denmark, European Union (EU), Finland, Ireland, Sweden and the World Bank (WB).
For the 2016/17 financial year national budget, the AfDB, Denmark, EU and the WB have so far confirmed provision of the GBS; while other DPs will continue to provide support to the 2016/17 national budget through BF and DPF.
These include Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, the United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA) and Switzerland. Others are International Multilateral Development Agencies including AfDB, BADEA, Global Funds, OPEC Fund, Saudi Fun, EU, United Nation’s Agencies and the WB.
“Due to the ongoing domestic resource mobilisation, efforts of the Fifth Phase Government, it is anticipated that other development partners will also continue with the general budget support modality.
In this regard, the government is still in discussions with development partners regarding the general budget support 2016/17 financial year,” the statement read in part. “The government and Development Partners are in the process of commissioning a study on how best to improve development cooperation, including the dialogue structure,” the statement further noted.
The government thanked the Development Partners for their continued support towards the country’s development initiatives. Meanwhile, there are reports that the United Kingdom government is under pressure to review British aid worth £200 million to Tanzania over the Zanzibar elections.
A former UK cabinet minister warned against ‘spraying money around’ simply to ensure that Britain kept the United Nations target of spending 0.7 per cent of national income on overseas aid.
According to the news story published in The Telegraph of UK, the row focuses on Tanzania where the government has been accused of rigging elections on the island of Zanzibar, leading the opposition to boycott the latest poll.
But the UK Foreign Office told the Telegraph there was no decision to reduce Britain’s support for Tanzania even though Zanzibar’s election had not reflected the ‘will of the people.’
Dr Liam Fox, the former Conservative Defence Secretary, urged the government to review aid to Tanzania. “Western taxpayers expect their money to be used in an ethical way,” he said.
“When there are clear breaches of political rights or human rights, they will expect a response in terms of the aid we contribute. The fact that the US has reacted in such a strong way gives a very good signal.
We should be reviewing our own contribution in the light of that.” Britain has met the 0.7 per cent target since 2013, after the budget of the Department for International Development (DFID) jumped by 32 per cent in one year.
“There are lots of places in the world where we could be using our aid effectively to alleviate poverty,” said Dr Fox. “But countries need to earn support from the British taxpayer rather than us spraying money around until we hit 0.7 per cent.”
Owen Paterson, the senior Conservative backbencher and former environment secretary, said that DFID should reduce its aid to Tanzania in line with the US decision. “The Foreign Office says the election is not valid and we’re carrying on spending the money anyway.
This cannot be right. The Americans have acknowledged that this cannot be right and have acted – and we should act accordingly,” said Mr Paterson.
There has been rumours making the rounds that the United States is lobbying other international development partners including financial institutions and the United Nations to cut aid to Tanzania and the pressure on UK’s government to do just that, citing the US move as the basis, shades some truth to the rumours.
The US government’s Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) announced recently that it will not release to Tanzania 470 million US dollars for funding electricity projects. According to a statement from the United States Embassy in Dar es Salaam, the corporation’s board decided to cease all activities related to the development of a second compact with Tanzania.
The MCC Board of Directors reportedly deferred a vote on the re-selection of Tanzania for compact eligibility, citing the nullification of election results in Zanzibar and the Cybercrimes Act, claiming that the law was used to limit freedom of expression and association.

Cheryl Versini to leave X-factor
The star won't be appearing on this year's show
Cheryl Fernandez Versini has pulled out of X Factor talks and won’t be on the judging panel this year.
Sources close to the singer insisted she has “quit” and told Simon Cowell she wants to concentrate on music and her new relationship with One Direction’s Liam Payne.
But it is understood her position as a judge was under serious threat and other female judges were being discussed by Cowell and ITV.
Pals of Cheryl insist she has decided to leave the show on her own terms.
But other TV sources insisted it was more a case of her “jumping before she was pushed”.
The news, first reported in the Sunday Mirror, was confirmed last night by several senior execs on the ITV show.
One X Factor source said: “Cheryl was in talks to return to The X Factor this year but there were a number of hurdles in her way and it was not a straight forward that she would rejoin.

Cheryl wants to focus on her music career
“Simon and her are old friends but other people involved in the negotiations did not want her back.
“Also Cheryl didn’t want to work alongside Louis Walsh, who is also in talks to be a judge, and show bosses are actively looking at new females judges and the possibility of bringing back Sharon Osbourne.
“Cheryl decided enough was enough and pulled out of talks and made it clear she was no longer interested. But she was not under contract so you can’t really quit a job you don’t have yet.”

IN yet another austerity measure aimed at reining in on unnecessary public expenditure, President John Magufuli has ordered the cancellation of this year’s Union Day celebrations scheduled for April 26.

nstead, Dr Magufuli has ordered that 2bn/- that were allocated for the Union fete to purchase drinks, food, preparation of a military parade and other entertainments during the celebrations be used to expand the Mwanza- Airport road beginning at Ghana Quarters.

A statement from the Directorate of Presidential Communications in Dar es Salaam evening said the road would help to ease the perennial gridlock that has so far been affecting normal business in the rapidly expanding Lake Victoria-side city.
This is not the first time the head of state is scrapping the country’s national celebrations. Towards the end of November, last year, Dr Magufuli cancelled the Independence Day celebrations on December 9 for the first time since 1961. Instead, he ordered that the day be used for a countrywide clean-up exercise to curb cholera.
He later directed that funds amounting to 4bn/- earlier allocated for the celebrations should be used for the expansion of the Mwenge-Morocco Road. Dr Magufuli instructed that the construction work on the 4.3 kilometre should start immediately to ease traffic congestion along the route.
The expansion of the road is currently ongoing. Since he took power after winning the October 25, 2015 general election, the president has introduced a swathe of austerity cuts and crackdowns on public corruption.
They include the suspension of unnecessary foreign travel by government officials, allowances for seminars and meetings as well as lavish cocktails and dinners by public institutions, among others.
Instead, the head of state directed that the money should go for delivery of social services. Meanwhile, former Kenyan Prime Minister, Raila Odinga yesterday flew back home after a three-day vacation at Lubambangwe area in Mlimani village, Chato District.
Mr Odinga, who is Kenyan opposition leader, arrived in Chato District on Saturday with his wife, Ida, to visit his family friend, President John Magufuli, who is in his Mlimani village for a retreat.
Speaking at Chato Secondary School’s sports ground before boarding a helicopter back home, Mr Odinga extended his profound appreciation to Dr Magufuli, his close friend, for warmly welcoming him and his wife in his village, further thanking Chato residents for their hospitality.
The CORD party leader also said he believed in Dr Magufuli’s leadership to Tanzanian people in tackling the various challenges and problems bedeviling the country. “I believe that Dr Magufuli is a leader with a clear vision who knows what it takes to ensure that Tanzania gets rid of poverty and strengthen his country’s development,’’ he said.
On Sunday, Dr Magufuli and First Lady Janeth attended mass at the Roman Catholic’s Virgin Mary Parish. They were also joined by Mr Odinga and his wife, Ida.
